03 - 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
04 - 1 small garlic clove, minced
05 - ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

06 - 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
07 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
08 - 1 tsp lemon zest
09 - 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
10 - ½ tsp honey
11 - Pinch of sea salt

12 - Fresh sliced vegetables (cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)

# Steps:
01 - Combine crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the bowl as needed.
02 - Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped mint, honey, and sea salt until fully combined.
04 - Drizzle the lemon-mint mixture evenly over the whipped feta.
05 - Serve immediately with fresh vegetables and pita bread, or refrigerate for up to two days. Stir before serving if chilled.
