Instructions

Step 2:
Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow serving bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
Step 3:
In a small bowl whisk together olive oil lemon juice lemon zest chopped mint honey and a pinch of sea salt until well combined.
Step 4:
Drizzle the lemon-mint mixture evenly over the whipped feta.
Step 5:
Serve immediately with fresh vegetables and pita bread or refrigerate for up to 2 days. Stir before serving if stored.
