08 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

09 - 2 to 3 black olives (sliced for eyes, buttons, mouth)
10 - 1 small carrot (cut into small nose shape)
11 - 1 red bell pepper (sliced for scarf)
12 - 1 to 2 pretzel sticks (for arms)
13 - Fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer mixture onto a large serving plate and shape into a melted snowman form — an uneven large circle with a smaller mound on top to represent the head.
03 - Place two olive slices on the head for eyes and several small olive pieces for a smile. Insert the carrot nose centrally. Arrange olive slices or peppercorns along the body as buttons. Drape red bell pepper strips around the neck as a scarf. Position pretzel sticks on the sides as arms. Optionally sprinkle chopped parsley or chives for color.
