A whimsical, creamy dip styled to look like a melted snowman — perfect for winter parties and holiday gatherings.

I first made this dip for a holiday party and my guests loved its fun presentation and creamy taste.

Ingredients

  • Creamy Base: 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese softened, 120 g (½ cup) sour cream, 60 g (¼ cup) mayonnaise, 1 tsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, ⅛ tsp salt, ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • Decorations & Garnishes: 2–3 black olives (for eyes buttons mouth), 1 small carrot (for nose cut into a small carrot nose shape), 1 red bell pepper (for scarf sliced), 1–2 pretzel sticks (for arms), Fresh parsley or chives finely chopped (optional for color)
  • For Serving: Crackers breadsticks or vegetable sticks

Instructions

Step 1:
In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese sour cream mayonnaise lemon juice garlic powder onion powder salt and black pepper Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 2:
Transfer the dip onto a large serving plate Use a spatula to shape the dip into a melted snowman puddle &mdash a large uneven circle with a smaller mound as the snowmans head.
Step 3:
Decorate Place two olive slices on the head for eyes and several small olive pieces for a smiling mouth Insert the carrot nose in the center of the face Arrange olive slices or peppercorns down the body for buttons Lay red bell pepper strips around the neck for a scarf Stick pretzel sticks into the sides for arms Sprinkle chopped parsley or chives for a touch of color if desired.
Step 4:
Serve immediately with crackers breadsticks or vegetable sticks.
