06 - 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
07 - 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or red bell pepper, diced
08 - 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
09 - 1/4 cup cucumber, diced or sliced
10 - 1/4 cup blue corn tortilla chips, crushed or blue food coloring

11 - Fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (optional)
# Steps:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth and spreadable.
02 - Generously spread the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker or rice cake.
03 - Place crackers in five interlocking rings on a large serving platter, mimicking the Olympic rings layout.
04 - Top each group of four crackers with one topping color: black olives for black, cherry tomatoes or red bell pepper for red, yellow bell pepper for yellow, cucumber for green, and blue corn chips or blue-tinted cream cheese for blue.
05 - Optionally garnish with finely chopped fresh chives or parsley, and serve immediately to maintain optimal texture.
