# Steps:
01 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to eliminate lumps.
02 - Add hot water to the sifted matcha and whisk with a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth and frothy.
03 - Warm milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling, then stir in maple syrup or honey along with peppermint extract.
