03 - 3 tablespoons honey

05 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, optional
# Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper until well blended.
