# What You Need:

→ Diploma Wraps

01 - 6 large flour tortillas
02 - 6 slices deli turkey or ham (optional: substitute with cheese slices for vegetarian)
03 - 6 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
05 - 12 thin chive stems or green onion tops (for tying)

→ Graduation Caps

06 - 12 square crackers (e.g., Wheat Thins or similar)
07 - 12 round chocolate truffles or mini peanut butter cups
08 - 12 small pieces of fruit leather or thin licorice strings (for tassels)
09 - 2 tablespoons melted chocolate (for assembly)

# Steps:

01 - Spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese evenly across one flour tortilla. Place one slice of deli meat or cheese and one slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese on top. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log, then slice it in half to create two diploma wraps. Secure each wrap by tying with a chive stem or green onion top. Repeat for all tortillas and fillings.
02 - Place a small dab of melted chocolate on top of each chocolate truffle or mini peanut butter cup. Firmly press a square cracker onto the melted chocolate to form the cap's flat top. Cut fruit leather or licorice into small strips to act as tassels and attach each tassel to the top of the cap using a dab of melted chocolate.
03 - Arrange the diploma wraps alongside the decorated graduation cap treats on a serving platter.
