Vibrant layered dip mimicking a football field with beans, guacamole, cheese, and fresh toppings.
# What You Need:
→ Base Layers
01 - 2 cups refried beans
02 - 1 cup sour cream
03 - 1 cup guacamole
04 - 1 cup salsa
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
→ Toppings & Decoration
07 - ½ cup sliced black olives
08 - ½ cup chopped tomatoes
09 - ¼ cup sliced green onions
10 - ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
11 - ½ cup shredded lettuce
12 - ¼ cup sour cream (for piping yard lines)
13 - 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeños (optional)
→ Dippers
14 - 2 bags tortilla chips
15 - 1 bag pretzel sticks (optional for goal posts)
# Steps:
01 - Evenly spread refried beans over a large rectangular platter to form the foundational layer.
02 - Carefully spread sour cream atop the beans, leaving approximately a 1-inch border uncoated around the edges.
03 - Spoon guacamole over the sour cream layer, smoothing it into a bright green rectangle to resemble the football field.
04 - Layer salsa evenly along the edges outside the guacamole field, then sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the salsa border.
05 - Pipe yard lines and end zones on the guacamole using reserved sour cream with a piping bag or zip-top bag. Arrange sliced black olives along edges as players or fans, sprinkle tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro over the cheese border, and add shredded lettuce at both ends as turf.
06 - If desired, construct mini goal posts at each end of the field using pretzel sticks.
07 - Present the layered dip immediately alongside tortilla chips for dipping.
