# What You Need:
→ Wraps
01 - 4 large spinach tortillas (or regular flour tortillas)
→ Spread
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp sour cream
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Veggies
07 - ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
08 - ½ yellow bell pepper, finely diced
09 - 1 small carrot, julienned or grated
10 - 1.75 oz baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
11 - 1.75 oz shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
→ Toppings & Garnish
12 - 16 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)
13 - Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional, for snow)
14 - 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced into stars (for tree toppers)
# Steps:
01 - In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat and spread an even quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface.
03 - Distribute spinach, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, and shredded cheese evenly over each spread tortilla.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly. Using a sharp knife, slice each wrap into 2 to 3 angled pieces to create tree-shaped segments.
05 - Insert a pretzel stick into the base of each wrap segment to form the tree trunk.
06 - Use a small star-shaped cutter to cut stars from yellow bell pepper and place one atop each wrap tree.
07 - Optionally, sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds over wraps for a snowy effect.
08 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
09 - Place wrap segments cut side up in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
10 - Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, until wraps are crisp and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
